Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Lime Reservations.
How does the per-reservation fee work?
You pay $1 for each reservation created in the system — whether a guest booked it online on whichever front-end you run, or your staff entered it by hand. Cancelled reservations are not charged.
Can I use the guest portal and the WordPress plugin at the same time?
No, and that's deliberate. Each park runs one guest booking front-end: either the Lime-hosted portal at your own branded address, or the WordPress plugin on your existing site. Running both would split your search traffic across two versions of the same booking pages and give your guests two places to end up. You choose in your Lime admin under Guest Portal → Settings, and you can switch later — moving to WordPress needs Square set up to take payment and your site's address on file.
Do I need a website to take bookings online?
No. The hosted guest portal is a complete booking site at your own branded address, so you can take online bookings without having a website at all. If you already have one on WordPress, the plugin puts the booking on it instead.
